We highly encourage everyone in our faith community to complete the Gallup organization's StrengthsFinder Talent Assessment. The premise of this assessment is to...

• discover what you naturally do best
• learn how to develop your greatest innate talents
• use your customized results to live your best life

You may complete the assessment by purchasing the book StrengthsFinder 2.0 by Tom Rath, which is available on Amazon. Inside the back cover is an access code that guides you to the online assessment.  It takes about 35 minutes of uninterrupted time to do the assessment, so plan ahead for a moment of peace!

Once you have submitted your responses, you will receive an email from the Gallup organization that lists your top five strengths in order of intensity.  Please email your top 5 strengths to Cristina Folan at [email protected].
