Our Mission:
The Marriage Ministry at Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel is committed to strengthening the bonds of our married couples and to helping them build and nurture faith-filled marriages and families rooted in Christ and His truths. Through prayer and through special ministry events, we encourage the married couples of our parish to deepen and enhance the presence of Christ in their marriages, their families and their home life.
Ministry Events:
Our ministry offers six Marriage Enrichement events throughout the year. These are evening gatherings at one of our ministry members' homes or at our parish center, where couples find a relaxing and faith-filled atmosphere to work on nourishing and strengthening their marriage. Couples participating will get away from cares, work, family, long hours, and juggled schedules that get in the way of their time to be a couple. It is also a fun opportunity to get together with others of shared faith and values.
Following are upcoming events:
- Saturday, February 9, 2013, 5 PM - Renewal of Wedding Vows (at our 5PM Mass)
- Friday, February 15, 2013, 7-8:30 PM, Special Event at Saint Paul Inside the Walls: "Couples Prayer"
